Harrods Luxury Hampers Wishlist

cartright and butler hamper

Harrods is a world-famous luxury department store, situated in Knightsbridge, London.  It’s a place I’ve always loved to visit and simply wander around, especially at Christmas time, admiring the displays. Today, I’m sharing with you my favourite hampers from their current collection

The weather may seem dull and dreary at the moment but apparently we’re heading into one of our hottest summers yet (if you believe the papers!) So I’m taking my mind off the fact that it’s still grey outside right now and dreaming of a perfect picnic with ‘The Helmsley’ hamper from Cartright & Butler (£50)

Featuring a selection of tea, biscuits and preserves, this hamper is named after the quaint market town of Helmsley in Yorkshire, England.

This Harrods Cool Bag (£22.95) would be another must-have for picnic season, perfect for keeping bottles chilled and food fresh.

And let us not forget, it’s Father’s day on the 15th June! I think this Whisky & Truffles hamper (£65) would make a wonderful gift for father’s day. Actually, I would love this for myself too… Give me whisky and chocolate and I’m happy!

Speaking of chocolate, how amazing does this ‘Celebration of Chocolate’ hamper (£125) look?? It includes a wonderful and generous selection of chocolate treats, bars and truffles. Yes please!

east india hamper

I think this is by far the most interesting and beautiful hamper… the East India Company’s ‘Chocolate Discovery’ hamper (£200) features yet more chocolate in some really enticing and exotic flavours, along with a book of chocolate. I love the packaging too.

Harrods Annual Hamper

I love Harrod’s bears and I found the one in The Grosvenor Hamper (£175) particularly cute, even more so when I read some more about him… His name is George Howard, named after Harrod’s first and longest serving delivery van driver. How lovely! The rest of the hamper is filled with classic British favourites including tea, coffee, biscuits and preserves.

I always try to stop by Harrods when I’m in London (or even just Heathrow duty-free). They have the best tea towels and the biscuit tins or tea tins make really good gifts for whoever picks us up from the airport. We Americans are big fans of British packaged food, so goodies from Harrods (or Fortnum & Mason) never fail to impress!
