Two Year Blogiversary + Etsy Giveaway!

Wallflower Girl 2 year blogiversary + giveaway - Win a £50 / $75 Etsy giftcard! As some of you have probably noticed, I took a small break from blogging these past couple of months and to make up for my absence, celebrate my own birthday, as well as celebrate my 2 year blog anniversary and thank all my readers, I am holding a worldwide giveaway!

One of my readers will win a £50 / $75 Etsy gift card + a copy of my book, ‘Coconut Milk Ice Cream’ and two runner ups will each receive a copy of my book. Scroll down for more info…

So it’s been 2 years since I first started blogging and a lot has changed for me since then. Creating recipes has gone from an everyday hobby to the beginning of a career, I’ve developed a love for photography (but still have a LOT to learn and improve upon) since I began food blogging, I’ve started to cut animal products out of my diet and recipes and I even wrote a book! My goals this year are to be more organised, do more floral & craft projects and blog more often :-)

Here are some of my most popular posts over the past couple of years…

Strawberry Milkshake Fudge    DIY ✰ Gingerbread Scrub    Lemon Drizzle Slices {Gluten-free, Dairy-free}

 1. Strawberry Milkshake Fudge {Raw, Vegan} – Perhaps the recipe that my readers have made most often, I still get people sending me their versions of it and it always seems to be a hit :-)

2. DIY ✰ Gingerbread Scrub – I plan on making this again this winter, just for myself. I love the scent and how soft it makes my skin feel!

3. Lemon Drizzle Slices {Gluten-free, Dairy-free} - Featured in Go Gluten Free magazine. A delicious, moist, lemon drizzle cake using olive oil instead of butter. Now I must try and make it eggless…

DIY: Miniature bouquets!    Apple Pie Porridge {Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free}    DIY: Heatable Owl Softie

 4. DIY: Miniature bouquets! - A cute and fun DIY that makes use of smaller garden flowers.

5. Apple Pie Porridge {Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free} – My favourite raw recipe, makes an amazing breakfast. Featured in Raw Food Magazine.

6. DIY: Heatable Owl Softie – My most popular DIY that has been featured on Craftgawker, WhimseyBox and is even scheduled to appear in a book on bird crafts! Olivia Hootin’ John still resides on my bed but since our microwave broke, I haven’t been able to heat her up :-(

    Congratulations Aimee! I’m entering because I would LOVE to win a book for my daughter who has “borrowed” my ice cream book and has made the vanilla ice cream today for all her friends coming later! I don’t think I’m going to see it in a long while!

    Congratulations on your successes! I know they say “good things happen to those who wait”, but I also believe that good things happen to good people who work hard, demonstrate kindness, maintain good energy and stay optimistic about the future. You’ve done all four of those things (and so much more!). Looking forward to continuing to watch you blossom and grow, and reap the benefits of your beautiful work.

    I came to your blog to enter a competition. I am so glad that I did. My vegan daughter is in hospital just now and missing lovely vegan things. Her skin is drying out with the heating in there, so I am going to make the Gingerbread scrub to take in to her today. I have bookmarked your blog and will try some of your other ideas, thank you.
